Strength training?
So I've been more interested lately in strength training. I love working with dumbells even if they are just 5 lbs now. I love how body feels when I use them whether with arms or legs. I want to be even stronger. Right now on average I can do thirty regular push-ups but I'm always working on more. arms still have fat under the shoulders that I want to get rid of. So any suggestions for me? I'm a 4'11 female at 224.
