I estimated intake of at least between 2000-2500 calories per day. Currently i don't follow any diet, I eat whatever comes way. No control on any kind of foods.I eat four times in a day.
First the break fast at 8am then lunch at 1pm, some snacks at 5 and finally dinner at 9.
please suggest some diet plan for the entire week.

Your calories are fine.

Here is a modified version of a plan I gave someone else a while back.

Breakfast

Option 1. Bowl of Whole-grain Cereal + 4 Egg Whites and Yolk + pot of low Fat Yoghurt

Option 2. Slice of Whole-grain Bread + Baked Beans, small portion of Nuts.

Snack

Option 1. Portion of Low Fat Cheese and an Apple. Eat Apple first, then to help digest, give it 10-15 minutes, then eat Cheese.

Option 2. Whole-grain Chicken Sandwhich. Could include things like Cucumber, Tomato, Mustard etc.

Lunch

Option 1. large portion of Beans and Rice and Olive Oil.

Option 2. Chicken Soup, Portion of Nuts.

Snack

Option 1. Portion of Low Fat Cheese + Two Large Tomatos.

Option 2. Whole-grain Chicken Sandwhich. Same advice as earlier.

Dinner

Option 1. Chicken, Vegetable and Bean Stir-fry

Option 2. Steak and Veggies.

Snack.

Option 1. Baked Beans + small portion of Nuts.

Option 2. Mushroom heads with Low Fat Cheese on, Grilled.
