Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred HELP
I'm fourteen and 176 llbs. I recently got Jillian Michael's 30 day shred...and I was wondering who else has tried this. it's only 20 minutes, which seems like its not enough to be a complete workout for the day. it has strength training, cardio, and abs. im still not sure if i should do that or just workout without the video. if you've tried it or any advice for weight loss please respondd!!!

I have this workout DVD and it is definitely a workout! If you want to do more than 20 minutes you can always combine two or three of the workouts. The only problem is that you will have to sit through the stretching and the warmup between each one. But they are great to get started, even if it is only 20 minutes. I alos have two of her other DVDs - the Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and the No More Trouble Zones. All of them are killer workouts! Good luck

I don't have the dvd's/tapes (I would love to own them though), but I do one of the 30 Day Shred exercises and the Boost Metablolism on ONDEMAND. I actually just did the 30 Day Shred exercise yesterday.
