Look for Grilled Chicken dishes, or Grilled, baked, broiled fish dishes - most come with some sort of choices of steamed veggies, sweet potato, or baked potato - stay away from all the toppings that go with those, tho'

. Or a small Lean Sirloin steak - with a side salad (ask for the dressing "on the side" and just lightly dip your bites).
The problem with kids meals in restaurants, unfortunately, is that most of them are very fatty. Like fried chicken strips, fries, mac & cheese, pizza, hot dogs - all bad, even if it is smaller portions.
