i have a question...
im new to the boards and i have a nutrition question....im eating how i should, but the issue is that all the bmr calulators say that i should take in 3100 calories bot body weight (265 lbs) but eating the way i do i cant even get close to 2000 calories a day...anyone have any suguestions on how i can take in more than 1400-1650 calories a day so i do not damage body and mess up metabolism?
