So let me tell you a bit about myself, im fifteen years old live and i live in England. I currently weigh around 64kg im quite skinny with a smallish frame check out picture, i want to start body building and i would like to seriously commit but everyone who i ask hasnt got time to sit down and explain what i should be doing. I'm not interested in buying peoples work out plans or books, dvd's etc so please dont give me sarcastic comments saying go and buy a programme i just would like a little question and answer time with someone so it gives me a clear idea. i have been going to the gym for a little over two months and using the internet to find the best body part work outs this is what i have been using. it hasn't been fantastic but i have seen little improvements, however i feel that i could be seeing a lot more and faster! any advice welcome and remember i want to gain heavy muscle that makes me looks big and strong rather than really really defined.

Wednesday- Triceps & Legs
dips
skull crushers
tricep pushdown
over head dumbbell lift
kickbacks dumbbell
push ups
squats
leg machines
calf raises
after i get to wednesday i then repeat continously. I drink 50g protein shakes a day along with eating three meals a day. diet is not fantastic but money is an issue when your only 15. i would prefer advice rather than sarcastic and negative comments, thanks.
