Please give me some guidance.
I am 16, 170 pounds, with a good amount of muscle mass, this year I lost 30 pounds, not in a completely healthy way seeing as it was during wrestling season, but I have managed to only gain 4 pounds back since January when wrestling ended. The issue is I have been vigorously weight training for football, but I am not gaining all muscle mass back yet. I am obsessive about diet, and nutrition facts, but I feel like I am not eating enough because I do not want to get fat. I lost so much excess weight, that I do not want to gain that chub back especially not back in face or chest. I need to know what I need to do to increase muscle mass more, while still maintaining a healthy appearance and fat level. I want to build the muscle without gaining back the fat and appearing chubby again. Please help.

How do you currently eat? Meals? Meal times?

I eat a lot of chicken, pasta, and meats. I try to always eat vegetables, I eat 3 times a day. I slip up sometimes and eat crap at friends houses. biggest weakness is ice cream. I work out a lot. But what should I have for snacks, breakfast etc? I eat a lot of eggwhites and protein, but like I said fear is I do not want to gain back fat. How can I prevent this.

I think this has basically been covered on your first ever post a few days ago.
We discussed the lack of meals causing an issue and other things. I would suggest you retrack that post and see if anything there helps you

apologies I didn't see that reply. In regards to the solid snacks what would you suggest for in between meals? and following this will I gain muscle without the fat back?
Re: Please give me some guidance.
The bottom line here is, trying to gain muscle without any Fat is pretty much virtually impossible.
You can mke the ratio more favourable with food choices, but you could have things between meals like Peanuts, Low Fat cheese, low Sugar Nut Yoghurts, as easy examples.

well not no fat. but more or less avoid gaining it in face again, or noticeably. Is that easily avoided? Not gaining a noticeable amount?

You shouldn't really get a puffy face if you eat correctly, but it is a suck it and see situation, but one thing you needn't do is overdo it on Salt, as any water retention could promote that look.
