Alright, so im 6'0,weight 255, and a girl. I don't look that big but I think the reason I weight so much is because legs are HUGE! legs are 19 inches around. They are all muscle and I want to make them smaller, what do I do?
Also, ihow do you lose thigh fat?

You can't "spot reduce" or force your body to lose fat from specific areas. Fat loss is a combination of clean eating and exercise (both weights and cardio). Where your body deposits fat is predisposed by your genetics. You have to think of doing full body exercises to burn the max amount of calories. In time you will lose all over the thighs may be the last to go. Remember diet is at least 2/3's of weight loss so focus is needed here. Start with a food journal so you know what's going on and go from there.
