need simple strengthening routine
I’m new to working out and I’m trying to come up with a simple weight training routine. I’m not very strong, so I plan on starting with 5 – 10 lb. handweights. I’d like to tone muscles and am looking for a detailed workout plan. I also have a large exercise ball and resistance bands. For example – exercises for the arms, chest, back, abs, legs . . . When I search there are so many exercises . . . just need a simple routine

I recommend you buy the book too as it goes into heavy detail on how to perform each lift.
