hello i got Injury in back disc injury and i want to lose weight and got a good shape and help or
advice about work out ??
i have permanent pain in right leg ,i can handle it but it get more severe when i left heavy things

You'll struggle to do anything with a Disc injury in the spine. Even some bodyweighted stuff could be a real begger to do without pain, or possible exacerbation of the injury site.
You might be able to get away with using something like a Leg Extansion and a Hamstring Curl Machine, but if it's a Curl Machine with a lying face down position, instead of a seated position, you'll run the risk of possibly some mild compression of the area.
If that's the case, you won't be able to do Leg Extensions at all, incase you end up devloping some Quad strength, with no Hamstring increases. That will present a problem, as the Hamstring muscles are the Antagonists for the Quad muscles, (Agonist), so they help to reverse any movement made by the Quads.
Are you undergoing any modalities to correct the injury site problem?
