recently i found out that body shape was an ectomorph which others describe as a Hardgainer. im only 52 kilos and 1.76m tall so its obvious that i have difficulty feeling comfortable the way i am. Ive researched hardgainer routines on the internet and found out important exercises like Squats and Deadlifts i desperately need more help in creating a training routine. i would love to reach around 60-70 kilos by the end of the year . What exercises should i do ? How many reps + sets ? How often do i train ? considering that i cant afford to go to the gym and i have to settle with a dumbell set which reaches 8.5 kilos on each dumbell (adjustable)
