Hey Everyone!,
I know some fruits can be high in sugar, but i also know that fruit is neccessary in our everyday diets. Is there some fruits one should avoid? Is there certain times when one should not eat fruits?
I've gotten used to eating 3-6 peices of fruit throughout the day
Fruits? Can they be good and bad?!

I don't think there are any fruits that you should necessarily avoid... however I would be careful eating large amounts of higher sugar fruits if you're trying to cut fat. I do avoid dried foot as it quite high in calories and sugar.Malton wrote:Hey Everyone!,

Fruits such as cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, squash are typically quite low in sugar and I eat these freely over the course of the day. Fruits such as grapes, watermelon, mangos, pineapple, cherries bananas are a bit higher in sugar so I would eat them in moderation. Fruits like apples, grapefruits, berries, tend to be lower in sugar so I would eat them a little more freely however don't get carried way. Typically I'll have some blueberries in the morning then an apple or two over the course of the day and I tend to treat the higher sugar fruits as I would dessert. Thats just me though. I LOVE fruit so I kind of have to treat it like dessert or I would probably find myself eating a whole watermelon, 5 mangos, and 3 large bags of grapes on a daily basis.
