Hi i find that when i follow workouts on this station called Fit TV i do them better and more commited than when i find something on own and do it self. Are these Good workouts? If not what is a good program for me? I am mainly looking to tone up chest and lose fat around . lower body is fairly toned but im more concerned about upper body.
BTW:on fit tv i mostly workout with Gilad and sharron Mann.

Anyway i do work them but i am more comcerned on burning fat on and chest. Do you know what will help burn fat in these areas?

eating i do eat 6 meals a day
Breakfast:honey bunches of oats w/skim milk
snack:yogurtt
lunch:leftovers from last night
snack:yogurt
Dinner: whatever mom makes but its healithy cause she is a helth nut
Snack: ice cream sandwitch or warm milk w/sweet and low
Workout: i do try to do strenth on monday wednesday and friday and do cardio on tuesday thursday and saturday. sometimes i workout on sundays if im bored but most of the time i dont.
