Ok this might seem a little harsh but I think I'd be chopping peoples fingers off if they got into lunch and ate food. I tend to get a little hostile when people eat food.

What should you dooo....

Well first I would tell your friends to keep their grimy fingers off your food!

If you have to choose between unhealthy food or none at all I would go fo the unhealthy food and make the healthiest choices possible rather than skipping it all together. I also keep protein powder with me at all times (have some at work, some in car, and if I know I'm going somewhere where I may not be able to eat I'll put some in a container and put it in purse) so if nothing else I can always have some protein powder in water.

Not sure if this is technically possible, but if the car ran low of fuel, maybe a Protein shake would be a feasible substitute, but not being a car manufacturer I can't be sure of this

Now if they ever make a powder called Cookies 'N' Diesel, or Petro-chocolate, Les might be all over that. Not for the nutrition aspect I'd suspect, but as backup, incase the engine conked in the middle of nowhere :P

Put it in the water tank then. You'd have mixed it with water anyway, so technically the car would be getting water in it.

It would be one heck of a wheeze telling a mechanic what happened to it.

Well basically car bonked on me in the middle of nowhere, so I gassed it with some protein powder, then it just accellerated to about 200mph, drove like that for 20 seconds, then it burbled badly, gave up on me and lost control and that's how I nearly collided with a Cactus friend :P.

What i thought is i will boil 4 egg whites at night and then the next morning pack them up in box and pop 1 when i am hungry and also take a few breads...
hope friends dont smell the food...they are sharks...! :P

Why doesn't she allow you to take supplements? Unless you overuse supplements, or take any that might interefere with medications, exacerbate an illness or condition, or be known to cause anomelies in some people, there's no reason to say no.

Yes some that shouldn't be categorised in the above ways, are just pointless or expensive, but some are actually worth their corn so to speak, so I don't see what her beef about them is.

Plus the trainer says you just started training so you don't need any. Well maybe not most, but Protein powder and Glutamien would be fine an as for other types like Vit C, Vit D, Hyaluronic Acid,. Chondroitin, those types of non-bodybuilding supplements would be fine, but obviously I'm not advocating taking a slew of supplements, but the trainer may be being a little overzealous with his asssessment.

Personally I don't 100% advocate supplements per se, only ones I think are worth it, but even then, I wouldn't reccomend anything unless people ask, because encouraging people to part with money when they didn't intend to or haven't entertained the thought is not thing really.

I might sometimes offer suggstions, but I'd never say you MUST take supplement X or supplement Y, because that's not what I'm about.
