Hello
I'm 20 years old, weight 118
I've recentley noticed that i have a light cellulite on butt and back thighs.
Could someone please tell me what type of excersise i should be doing to get rid of this.
How many squats /lunges how often and any other advice would be really appriciated
I just started to work out again During the week i usually try to run if not that i've been doing the Jillian Michaels tv workouts
Help need to get rid of Cellulite! What type of workouts?

I've found that the best combination for getting rid of cellulite is a combination of weight training, cardio, and a proper diet. Unfortunately for some, cellulite is a genetic thing that you really can't get rid of 100%.... however I do think there are a few things that you can do to decrease the amount you have.
Squats and lunges are great but don't forget to work the upper body as well to ensure that you're not creating muscular imbalances.
Something like this would be a great starting point if you're just getting back into working out:
Squats (with or without weights depending on how comfortable you are with these) 3 sets of 10-12
bench press (incline, decline, or flat with barbell or dumbbells) 3 sets of 10-12
Lunges (walking lunges are favorite) 3 sets of 10-12
pull ups or lat pull downs 3 sets of 10-12
Deadlifts 3 sets of 10-12
pushups 3 sets of as many as you can do
rows (single arm dumbbell or bent over) 3 set of 10-12
military press 3 sets of 10-12
Lastly, what does your current diet look like? A clean balanced diet is (in opinion) the most important factor when it comes to fat loss and muscle growth. You can work all you want in the gym but if your diet isn't on track you're going to have a difficult time meeting your goals.
