Hi everyone:)
I am trying to win this fit challenge at gym and I really want to gain more lean muscle mass (while keeping low.) I am a 6 ft tall, 27 year old woman and I work out 6 days a week. Could someone PLEASE help me with a diet plan that I can follow and cut fat while building muscle?
