Weight lifting schedule

Post by robertKing »

This is what schedule is for a month:

1st week: lift regular sized weights (at level), 10 reps per set
2nd week: lift heavier weight (5-10 lbs more), but around 5-7 reps per set
3rd week: same as 2nd week
4th week: lift light weights (5-10 lbs less), but around 15-20 reps per set

is this a good schedule? i really wanna try it out and see if it works. please let me know what you think about this!!

try:

week 1- high volume (4 sets)
week 2 - medium volume (3 sets)
week 3 - very high volume (5 sets)
week 4 - deload/low volume (2 sets)

whatever your goal is, choose the corresponding rep goal

strength - 3 reps
hypertrophy - 12 reps
endurance - 15 reps

that's in a nutshell mind you

p.s. amatlack is looking very nice in that new picture
