I agree... Last time when I had problems... I wanted to cry but I pushed myself to run... I was too dang tired to think or to cry!!!Lesplease wrote:I push anger out at the gym if I have one of "those" days. Channel your energy into the workout. It is productive and will help you feel better (yay endorphins!!) gym is a special place. I have friends there. own little sanctuary. I am never unhappy at gym. When I walk through the doors I know that peace and serenity wait for me. I work through a lot of things at the gym. I have never felt worse because I went. Work through your frustration and anger. You will be glad you did and feel much better for it.
Those types of toxic relationships are very hard to work through. I have a friend who is getting married soon and working through a similar situation with her own mother. Push through, smile and be happy. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
I felt GOOD... heck, I felt AWESOME!!! - I didn't eat junk to only regret it later...
I'm sorry to hear about your personal problems with your family. You can't change them.
You just have to be strong and take care of yourself and your future.
Don't let them stop you from your happiness... I know its easy said then done...
But if you will let it put you down and only want to eat ice cream it will only make it worse.
We are here for you... ok... take care and I hope for the best!
