personal advice : don't overdo it - best 5-10 slow reps and just 1 set one day recovery at least in between...
i injured the nerve of left hand/arm doing excessive dragon flags because of grip and tricep not as strong...
this excercise is like a drug once you do it correctly i just didn't want to stop doing it and ended up injured and was off for 2 weeks...
