ok thanks i wil, i ll only have a few with 1 meal, also how many calories do you think i need to bulk up as well as what should carb intake be? thanks

Okay I told you 30 carbs per meal, so I'd increase to 35, and have 210 a day.

So that's 840 calories from Carbs, then make toital calories about 2,100. That should be fine for now.

So Protein 840 as well and 420 from Fats.

ok so thats 210g of carbs a day? plus with this wholemeal bread each slice has 102 calories and i usually have about 4 slices (2 for breakfast and 2 for sandwich) so that should help increase calories too. i also i just checked on the back of these chicken breast peices that i buy and there are 114 calories per 100g the complete box is 130g
