Hey,

How good are they for you, as i am addicted to them, i know that they are high in protein which always helps.

Yeah i live in the UK, Glasgow, i always thought you could only get Monkey nuts during halloween :oops: :oops:

But i was in WM Morrisons and got them there, you should be able to find them where all the nuts are, and you would get them from any shop i would think

lol i thought they had something to do with halloween, thanks ill live right next to a morrisons so ill have a look sometime, i need something high in protein to snack on.

And you cant argue with 70g protein for 49 pence

Though i think there is a catch, ie high in fat etc

how big is the bag, cos iv bought like these chicken breast bits yo get like 12 bits in and is bout 22g protein there nice but do get sickly plus if i eat a whole box i still have like 40-50g protein left to get.

The bag comes in at 250grams, and you get 70g protein, you are getting about the same in carbs, fat and Fibre which cant be bad, though im not sure if they are good fats and carbs

hm, sounds pretty good, what is the daily carb intake suposed to be? i know i need bout 70g of protein and between 2000 and 2500 calories as im trying to bulk up

No sure bud, dont know enough to give you any advice, but the other option you have is a Protein shake though this is dependant on cash flow, as its about £30 for a tub

yeah well i cant have them as im diabetic :( i told the person at the store and he said it aint suitable for me neither is whey protein so i just got to stick with weights and clean foods
