Im brand new to this exercise world, ive lost 92 pounds through dieting, with little to no exercise. With that being said, im at goal weight, but not goal size. I realize i need to incorporate exercise for toning purposes and to get these last few stubborn pounds off, as well as get some kind of definition, but i have no clue where to start. Yes i have a gym membership, but looking at the machines just confuses me. Any suggestions?

Wow! Congratulations! Yea, Wow! That's what grit will get you. It's so funny you said that about the equipment. I just experianced the same thing. I inherited alot of work out equipment but had NO idea what most of it was. I found this site http://www.leehayward.com/gym_equipment/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; It helped me alot. As for a work out plan... I cannt help. I'm still learning. But good for us both there are people here who can. I'll be interested in following your progress.
