Fat
does only working your abs gets rid of body fat besides dieting, or does other workouts gets rid of fat like working out your chest or anything else

Tanner... when you say only working your abs what exactly do you mean?
You can do isolation on your abs, but as you already stated, a good diet is definitely in order.
If your fat loss is not coming as fast as you would like, you might want to serious consider cardio...
You want to kick start your metabolism and force your body into a state where it wants to burn fat... that usually happens in low impact cardio such as a treadmill or a bike... if you do high impact aerobics while you are trying to cut down... you might do yourself a disservice.
What has worked for you in the past? Have you ever considered supplements? I strongly recommend 7-keto combined with Lean Out... both are made by Beverly international.
