I didn't eat anything at all yesterday, alls I had was 1 can of soda and 3 glasses of milk. When I got home today I had 1 can of soda (so far) and I had a little bit of chocolate cake when I got home. I've heard t

Yes it would be true.

What would happen is your body would get used to eating insufficient calories, to the point that eating more could be biologically considered excessive and the excess could be stored.

Also if you lost muscle it could happen, as 1lb of added muscle burns an additional 45-50 calories, conversely, losing some could sacrifice a small anount of calorie burning potential, increasing fat storage potential.

To be honest though having fizzy drink, milk and chocolate cake, in approximaely 36 hours, is not the greatest way to live, I think we can be truthful on that :).

What steps are you planning to take to rectify this and get your eating back on a more healthful keel?
