You've been training since you were 13 and by the looks of you, you're living proof that weight training is good, because you don't have a hunchback, a stunted Neck and a deformed Elbow
.
One thing you could post, is in relation to that power wheel thing. It's basically from what I can tell, just a trendier looking Abs wheel, so the caveat would be to refrain from using this if you're a novice, as it might increase the risk of back and shoulder issues and it would be better when the person has gained a half decent muscle foundation first, so their body is more able to cope with any forces exerted on the shoulders and Torso in particular.
Good look with that though
.
Anything you want to contribute on here, even if it's just a positive word or two, please feel free.

Hi thanks the power wheel video was hard. I have been nursing shoulder impingement so I could not go as far. One thing that I love about Jon Hinds training is that you can do any exercise from novice to high skilled athlete. I did the power wheel with a twenty pound vest and that is nothing Jon has a video of him with a 50lb vest trying to do 100 yards. A beginner can just start by holding there body in place this will work the core very hard as the wheel will want to tip you over and you will not get hurt. All exercises that I do you can take them from very easy to hard . Any one that has questions feel free to email me at blog I will answer all questions.
Re: Hi New member
I didn't actually look at any power wheel videos before making comment, I must be honest, I just saw the picture of the wheel on the bottom of the blog.
