rest your elbows on your thighs while your sitting down with a barbell, with your hands hangin off infront of your knees, and curl the barbell upwards
also, try getting into some gymnastic moves, static ones especially, frog stand, then wen ur good at it tuck plank, handstands then handstand pushups (against a wall if u cant do it), dont forget to stretch them, and lift heavy in general

one handed handstands are more about knowing how to use ur forearm muscles wen u lose balance rather then actual absolute strength .. try the things i told u to strengthen them, they'll help, but if ur more into getting the move down then it comes along with practise, so keep practising it till u find ur balance, then it becomes a piece of cake
i got that move down with practise, it took me a while, but i never actually focused on strengthening wrists, i guess since i did some gymnastics and static moves they strengthened on their own

frog stand, holding a handstand, doing the T on the rings, tuck plank--even holding a pushup at 6 inches off the floor can be considered a static move
search up static moves on google

well i WISH i've had some, i'd like to get the T down, i do it between the inner edges of a double-door .. but its hard to find a width long enough for arms to fit perfectly, but there's one at place..
theres also the one where u jump, grab the rings and backflip off of it onto a mat .. i would LOVE to do the lever though .. thats the ultimate in static moves!!
back lever is fun on em and looks great .. also try the L seat on em .. great for abs
so what have u done for ur elbows to get weaker? y arent they able to straighten? is it cuz of the muscle mass around the elbows? i mean, if theres muscle mass it should help with strengthening them ..
