What suggestions do you want? Do you think you're developing slowly and want to bulk better, or need to even out a lopsided part of the body, (you don't look like you're imblanced), or do you want to become more shredded?

Alter your diet then. I'd suggest keeping your calories the same, but switch to a 40/20/40 Protein, Carbs, Fat split and see how that goes.
Don't cut calories in case you burn muscle, as 1lb of muscle burns an added 45-50 calories, which could increase fat retention or even regain.
So just jiggle your current calories around to fit that aforementioned split and hopefully you start to see what you want happening.
