I don't want to lose any weight and I'm especially worried about losing curves (bust and hips), so I wanted to ask some people who know: will routine cause me to lose weight? I get on the elliptical or the bike machine three days a week for just 30 minutes at a time, and it's not really strenuous, just a moderate pace. I eat healthfully and I get the proper amount of calories, so this routine won't cause me to lose any weight will it?
Thank you for your help!
Will this routine lead to weight loss?

It shouldn't do, unless you ate a poor amount of calories.
In general the average caloric intake for females who are sedentary should be 1,800 and 2,000 for men.
At your age of 17, you could use that 1,800 intake as a guide and then top up the calories you eat to account for your exertion.
So I'd say about 2,000-2,100 a day would be fine, becasue if you don't have enough calories you'll potentially burn muscle from, the Cardio, which will contribute to weight loss and also the lack of calories would mean potentially inadequate bone nutrition, reeducing the overall quality of your musculoskeletal system, coupled with any muscle burn and possibly low protein intake.
So I would say as long as youur nutritionla intake is up to par you'll be fine.
I would also like to say WELL DONE on making this commitment to your life. Many your age don't and you can be proud of yourself, for showing yourself a little attention and some TLC and I feel proud of you as well
.
Keep up the hard work and do keep us posted on how you are getting on, or if you want to ask anything else or lend some support to others, because you will be welcome here anytime
