I would like to know a good diet plan for me?
I am pretty skinny, around 6% . I work in a pretty physical warehouse job requiring constant speed-walking for about 10 hours of day. After that I hit the gym for a short cardio session, and then P90X.
I typically eat PB&J or PB and Fluff Sandwiches at work. 3/4 a day. I also eat about half a cup of yogurt mixed with strawberries and granola. I also drink an 8 ounce protein shake (24g of protein) before and after work.
Should I keep any of that? Or should I dump it all?
I am looking to gain around 20-30 pounds of muscle, and I am really looking to be able to run faster and longer. run times and distances are pretty pathetic at the moment.
Help?

Fluff sandwiches?
Where I come from fluff is another name for Lint, the stuff you find on carpet that is created from amongst other things dead skin.
I'm assuming Fluff means something different in America, like some sort of slang, unless Fluff is the company name.

Fluff is Marshmallow Fluff. Basically melted down Marshmallows. Nothing good for you.
I'm switching sandwiches to a Turkey/Ham and Mayo/Mustard Combinations though. With a slice of cheese, not that it really matters. I'm trying to perfect diet on a budget, there is just so much information to grasp and most of the recommended things cost quite a bit.

The sandwiches you've chosen are a better choice. The GRanola Combination sounds fine.
At least one of the shakes could be replaced, because unless they're the expensive kind crammed full of micronutrients, you won't be getting as many of those per day as would be beneficial, which would negatively impact on your bones, as many of the micronutrients in your diet have a direct or indirect association with Bones.
