Competition/6 Week Cut Phase (Advice+tips) plz

I currently have a competition/bet with friend this upcoming November 12. A lot is on the line, judges will be our friends. Our aim is to be the leanest + have the nicest physique.

Current Measurements are:

193 Lbs
14.5% Body Fat

I am still currently on Bulk Phase until October. I will begin cutting phase on the 1st which will give me exactly 6 weeks to cut down.

As of now Diet Consist of:

Breakfast: 2 Scoops Myofusion + 1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 Scoop Glutamine + 1 Scoop Creatine + 1 Omega 3 Fish Oil (Ascenta) + ON Optimen = 62g Protein/70g Carbs

Weight Training : (Razor 8 Blast Powder 30 mins prior to training)

Post Workout: 1.88 Scoops Mutant Mass + 1 Cup Myfusion + 1 Scoop Glutamine + 1 Scoop Creatine = 50g Protein/85g Carbs

1hr 15min Later: 1 Small Bowl Brown Rice + 100g Chicken Breast + 4 eggs whites (2 yolk)+ 6 Brocoli/Carrots + Allmax Vitastack + 1 Omega 3 Fish Oil (Ascenta) = 50g Protein/40g Carbs

3hrs Later: 50g Chicken + 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese + Tomatoes + Salad + 1 Whole Grain Tortilla (Every other day to cycle calories) = 36g Protein/ 40g Carbs

3hrs Later: Tuna Fish(not can)/Steak + 6 Brocoli/Carrots + Omega 3 Fish Oil (Ascenta) = 45g Protein

Pre-Bed Meal: 1 Cup Cottage Cheese + 1 Scoop Glutamine= 30g Protein

I Drink 4 - 4.5 L of water day.

I have had solid gains with this formula. I get a good 8.5 - 9hrs Sleep a day, more if I am not over trained.
As you can see, I eat pretty clean, Fat gains are definately kept to a minimum, gains are decent but not at a fast pace. I workout 5 days a week:

MON - BACK
TUES - CHEST
WED - BREAK
THURS- SHOULDERS
FRI - ARMS
SAT - LEGS
SUN - BREAK

I was hoping to get some advice for cut phase where I can shed off all the fat while maintaining all muscles. What do you guys recommend that I remove from diet and how much cardio I should add per week considering that I have 6 weeks of time
NOTE*** I only do cardio Once a Week (Wednesday for 20 mins)
