Saw her today for the first time in about a week, she looked great, even with her hair pulled back, and i looked good too i thought. I had perfect confidence to speak to her, but i knew it weren't the time or chance. I was relaxed and calm, and im sticking to that.

brother got something out, as we left i turned to her she smiled and said bye - but this feels creppy giving details like this, it's probably normal procedure and i understand that. Im going to go down there tomorrow, preferably early evening so it's less busy and try and speak to her, just getting something out for the sake of it. It's typical, whenever i want to get something, i get served by someone else, brother goes in, gets served by her.

Ughh i need to know, if i know she aint interested, i can put this to rest, can't help think about her afterwards, only if it's for a short period.


I feel really vulnerable and a bit pathetic to be talking like this to be honest.

I really should of gone after her tonight, tomorrow..?

I have finally managed to log in, after restoring pc completely because of malware and other crud, ive got logged back in, it seems i can log into "MartinBoy" on fit tracker, but no the forums, so here i am on number 2, was about to make number 3 haha.

With the girl, ughh, gut feeling.

Tonight i was heading down there, before i made myself look decent, styled hair, i was confident tonight i was going to make the move. I was being paranoid about how hair looked, so much that i ended up washing it out completely and re-doing it, grabbed a beer on the way there, not because of the intention of getting the alcohol to do the talking for me, 1 beer isn't going to do that anyway, but because i felt like having one, so i did, and it may of helped me relax more.

So, i go down there, no sign of her, but a sign of a new guy that is working there. Why is this bad? Because i have also noticed she has deleted her account online so i can't add her even if i wanted to. I will go down there tomorrow, and if i don't see her, i will ask for her, but if she's out the back and they say, ok i'll get her, and she'll be like "what's up", im on the spot, and there's point of no return!

But i have a bad gut feeling i have left it too late, it seems too much of a conincidence, she has removed her self online for whatever reason, there is a new guy working there and although she's normally in on the evenings, she wasn't there tonight, i really hope she is there tomorrow as it'll really give me the kick up the arse to hurry the up with all this.

But i feel it's too late, i have dragged it out too long and missed the boat. If she has left there, i have no way of contacting her and it really is over. I know most of you will say, plenty of fish in the sea, but im still going to regret this, although i doubt it long term, but short term, for a few months or so, because what could of been, potentially isn't and it's all because i wasn't confident enough to make the move, although i am now, it may be too late.

Let's HOPE she is there tomorrow, as i am really planning on speaking to her seriously

She still might be there Martin. who know's she may be on vacation. See what happens. I don't think it would be that obvious if you asked what happened to her if she doesn't return. I did that with pharmacist. (not because i liked him. ) but i did like him in the friendly sense and noticed i hadn't seen him a while so i asked. No biggie.


I give you credit. It sounds like it's near impossible to really get to know her there, they sound very busy all the time and there is people all around but If it's meant to be it will be. Que Sera Sera!

Thanks musculargirl, yeah you're right, she could be on holiday, but if so, id doubt they'd leave her space open for a week or 2, the likely vacation durations, and fill it in with someone else just for that time. OR, someone else could be on holiday/have left instead - hopefully lol.

Martin, I agree with Becky that it could be possible that she's just on a holiday or maybe she switvhed shifts with someone for a while. I mean, with brother's job, people switch shifts all the time. C: I wish you the best m'dear.

Damn, she was a temporary doctor, and really helpful, within 2 sessions i was being referred for physiotherapy, MRI'S, saw a doctor today which wasn't really helpful at all.

Ok, good news is she hasn't left or gone on holiday, saw her there today, you guessed the bad news.

I must of literally been in the shop for near enough half an hour. I noticed her as i opened the door, which was good. Now i found a film after about 10minutes, then it was more a case of stalling around waiting for her to be available. Only had a token left to get something out, otherwise id have to keep paying cash for them which you can guess, adds up. So i wanted to at least get into a conversation with her if im gonna use it.

Just couldn't get the chance as per usual. As i got close to the counter, still looking at stuff, she was on the phone and doing stuff behind the counter, texting and stuff, this happens sometimes, but sometimes it's her that's serving. You know, it's been months, you have to be lucky i guess, it's just an odd chance and im starting to get fucking sick of it and losing the patience.

I have the confidence to speak to her, but you know, even if i start speaking to her, it's got to be small steps i feel, rather than jump in at the deep end and say, "are you single, can i have your number", when i don't even know her and vise versa. But even small talk is going to take time, and although Ive got it, it just seems so much effort for something so small.

It's been going on for months and i really am losing patience and will to keep this up. She is no longer available online so that's not an option, but i just don't get the chance to speak to her in the store, if i ask for her it's going to look weird, if you was working somewhere, someone asked for you, then threw in some small talk along with buying something, you'd think, why did he ask for me? I dunno.

But i am getting fed up of making myself presentable, appropriate clothing, styling hair - it's all over the top and not even worth it.

Really just starting to have enough, even though i want to try, i feel if it goes on much longer i will just turn the other way and not bother with that damn store anymore.

Personally i think you should forget about it Martin. When you go in if something comes up where you can make your move go for it but otherwise i would let it go. That's opinion but i do admire you for your persistence!

Well it would be his freedom of choice to talk to his Doctor like that, if he so wished, but ultimately I could neither be blamed nor affected by such a decision, if it blew up in his face.

I know personally I'd never address a medic like that, so conscience is clear on all counts

I would think most doctors respect the ethics on what kind of relationships to have with patients. If it didn't bloow up in his face, I would question the integrity of the doctor.
