What is the best place. I'm not talking about the healthier places like subway. I personally try to eat at Taco Bell when i am in a pinch. I order soft tacos
"fresca" style which means no cheese. How about you guys?

i think subway is the healthiest out the all junk food resturants, cause you can choose what you want, and actually choose a healthy meal.

Hm...it's one of choices, there is also charelys. I find their sandwichs okay, because they grill their food.

www.calorie-count.com
is a good site to check out.

They have nutritional information on lots of food,
includes those at some fast food restaurants.

They assign a grade to each food, so you know which ones
are good for you.

Nice site. I often refer to it these days, not really for own needs, but when I need clarification on a few things I keep forgetting.

It's hard to remember Protein and Carb contents of everything. Worse than learning a foreign language sometimes :P

surprisingly enough out of taco bell, burger king, mc donalds... and others taco bell had the less about of fat per item! You can see by checking out thier nutritional menus on each of thier sites. I was totally miffed that a salad from mc d's had so many grams of fat! LOL I don't even eat the meat!
