squats & deadlifts
are they all you need for a leg workout?
basic template:
big exercise variation - squat or deadlift...probably best to do 4 weeks of one than 4 weeks of the other etc
single leg exercise - lunge, 1 leg squat etc
hamstring / glute exercise - glute ham raises, leg curls, slide board leg curls etc
for performance you might add a jump first for 6 x 2 if you wanted to, i do
