Where are you guys headed? Anywhere in particular or just chilling and having fun?
Tenerife 8)

I would love to go to amercia though, or on a skiing/snow boarding holiday, austria also looks beautiful, big dreams ha.

Yogurt + 2 slices bread, marmite, butter, and low fat cheese, think macros are about 3k cal or so can't really be bothered to workout right now lol.

By the way i think i may have found the culprit of shoulder pain, at least i hope, after researching, and looking in the mirror, it seems part of upper back - lower traps to be specific, seem to be out of proportion to back. I looked in the mirror, saw chunks of back at the sides, mostly lats im assuming, but there was quite a gap in the middle, where the lower traps are. I have no idea why these aren't developed, perhaps i'll have to activate them with wall slides, lower traps i hear are key to scapula health = key to shoudler health. Also it may help upper back/spine issues.

Once activated, might try farmers walks.

You can take things like Psyllium and Psyllium husk, as the insoluable fibre is good for stool health, but getting too much fibre can cause a rectal problem you really don't need and an unhealthy relationship with toliets :wink:

Yeah i think i'll choose some fiber supplement to take, one which isn't too expensive, and if there's any problems , i'll say it's part of diet :P

Also wrist wraps came today, £12.50, hope they're worth it :D

Went for a run lil earlier today, in the pourin rain, stopped now, when i would of been going :lol:

Was drenched, so just did 3 laps, mostly because i wore the wrong type of underwear that i was getting strangled with, not bad, last lap i ran fast and did 0.68 miles in 4mins 53 secs. which is around 8.4mph i believe.

By the way, really hope shoulder problems are related to the low/mid traps being weak and unactivated - retraction and depression. But for the amount of symptoms, it just seems like too much of a quick and too good to be true :cry:

went to the store to get a rental today, saw her, and we exchanged a few smiles, unfortunately when it was turn to serve, i got served by someone else lol. But im feeling more confident around her and am pleased to see her, prob sound stupid here, but there's some thought of sadness when walking away.

I have to go there to return the item tuesday, and im getting hair cut, so hopefully i'll look better, provided hair doesn't get butchered!

Time to make a move soon :roll:

Okay, allow me to slip into teenage girl mode:: That haircut. . .HOT AS HELL. Lol. Also, dear, never thought you were an asian with bleached auburn hair. Lol. If you're willing, post a pic of your new hair, I want to see it. (I have a love of hair fashion)

Okay, back to normal, more reserved mode:: Don't sweat it too hard, dear. You seem to be working at it, and progress is good, don't get your panties in a knot because you're not getting to where you want to be quickly enough.

Today;
3x10 Scapula wall slides
3x10 Dip Shrugs
3x10 KB Swings;

Deadlift 90kg 3x5
Bench Press 55kg 3x10, 1x4, used wrist wraps for the first time, seemed to help, tri's were the limiting factor on the last set.
Bent over barbell rows 65kg 5x5 - Really hard, think i managed though, may focus on more rows and leave out the presses for now.

Pelvis/Low back and neck were killing a few hours after, although form was fine, it seems to be aggravating the issue.

Im pretty certain pain is Sacrolialc joint dysfunction.

Please do, c:

I wish I was feeling better, but I'm not. I haven't felt this bad in a long long time. There's been a lot going on and it's got whole world shaken and I'm not sure what to think, what to do, how to think or anything like that. Thanks for asking, dear. But don't worry about me, okay? You've got enough on your plate.
