I'm looking to lose some weight(fat) so i recently got back to gym after 4-5 months of brake and intensive KFC and McDonald's visits

3 days per week: 59 minutes of treadmill at the speed of 4 with no incline and around 300 abs after.
the rest of 3 days any other muscle group (chest,tricep,bicep)
and 1 free day.
I'm taking 2 L-carnitine+chronium caps before and 1 cap after.
What should i change,remove or add.I concentrate on fat loss more then working the rest of the body,but avoiding overtraining.
