I have a canister of vanilla-flavored protein powder that I cannot stand the taste of. I've tried mixing it in skim milk, but it just tastes worse (I'm not a big milk fan). Any other suggestions for mixing that taste good and are quick?

p.s. I'm not lactose intolerant

Yes, I have tried water. It's still gross. I want to drink/eat it after workouts to replenish system. I haven't tried seltzer water.
