I want to do full body compound movements 3 days a week. I want to build up to 3 sets and slowly increase weights but should i do the same exercises every time or would i better off trying to change it around a little bit? I can't change it around for all of them because i don't know that many but you tube is a great help.
Also should i just use one exercise for arms, legs, etc? Do i need to do a couple exercises for the legs as an example? Thanks.
