i have a problem. I tend to excersise every time a eat, right after every meal. I therefore dont enjoy meals anymore. Iam i doing something really bad for myself
You should wait 2 h before starting to exercise after you eat.It's not healthy to do it right after you eat(you're in pain).If you can't wait 2 h 1 will do .Try it ...you'll be able to enjoy your meals and get a good workout.
