The diet looks okay. I'd perhaps limit the Fish though to 3 times a week, just incase your heavy metal intake is a bit much during the week. Things like Chicken, Turkey, Beef, etc will be fine instead sometimes.
Things like Tryptophan and Vitamin C can help the body to chelate heavy metals, but how much your body can rid itself of it between doses, I can't tell you, as it would depend on someones diet, basic ability to chelate etc.
Also I think you may be overtraining a little bit.
I'd go for the weights on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, then have Cross trainer on Tuesday and Friday.
This way you have Thursday and Sunday off, so no more than 3 days straight of training and two off days split for rest purposes.
You could also add a bit of direct Abs work into the weights, so stuff like Planks, Roman Chairs, V-crunches, Leg Raises etc.
On the off days, just trim the calories down a bit. One simple way would be to remove the post-workout shake, as you won't be working out, you'll be still nourishing off the first one and the bit of Fruit 30 minutes prior to it. Then around 2.5 hours later, you'd have Dinner as per usual.
I'd implement those small tweaks for now and see what happens in the next 4 weeks or so, as you might not need a radical overhaul.
