I have developed good increases in pectoral shape but am having difficultly with developing the outside section (next to armpit) of muscle in this area. Is it just a matter of losing more fat in this area or is there a certain exercise that targets it. Thanks

Try cutting reps. Increase weight and go for between about 6-8 reps.
