Total body burnout every few weeks?

Total body burnout every few weeks?
Hey everyone... Had a question. Every 2-3 wks of consistent working out it's like body gives out. Just walking makes every muscle sore, muscles I haven't worked in awhile will hurt, I get extraordinarily hungry and muscles are so weak I can't finish the usual intensity of workouts. Wondering if anyone else experiences this? And is there anything besides hydration, more protein, stretching/active recovery that can help alleviate or prevent this from happening all together?

I do about 20-30 min. of weight training or cardio four to five times a week. The strength training is common stuff- free weights, pilates, squats/lunges. Cardio is usually kickboxing. diet is still being tweaked, I have a hard time sticking to healthiness, I tend to emotionally eat towards the end of the day- but I do get about 60-75 grams of protein, and drink a lot of water too.
