Dang, im not sure i can do that! It's sorta is getting better in a way. when I did it yesterday, it wasn't as awful as the first day.
I'm way too skinny around wrist, and forearms arent that big either, and doesn't have a looooooots of muscle, i guess it's just pressure, plus, i fractured arms long time ago, and i always get random pain in myright wrist, as i remember, left wrist didnt hurt at all.
So i just have to take it easy, and get used to it slowly.

- your better off doing push ups from an elevated surface such as a bench or a table as "girl" push ups from the knees are far tooe asy and don't require much core stimulation...as you get stronger lower the your resting on until on the floor
- a lot of grils have weak wrists and w/out reading the other posts use push up bars or db's to ease that or even knuckles if you can bare it
- simply start with regyular push ups until you can do 15 - 20 of them perfectly in a row...rememeber 5 full range of motion push ups are better than 10 half ones...if you can only do 4 than maybe do 5 sets of 3 adding reps to each set as you get stronger
- push ups can give some extra cleavge if that's what your after and more shape but you won't get big saggy man boobs from them..they'll also work the tri's too
- wrist pain should go away as you get stronger i would think

When i do them on the floor, i cant go all the way down, but i never really tied chabnging arms position, so ill try that.
Long time ago i sued to do push up against the door floor with arms are far apart, and i started doing them again.
I do push ups using bed too, but it's a bit too high, but it's working..
That day I was able to do 10 pushups in a row, girl's pushups...so i think ill stick to easy positons for now, until i get stronger, then ill do the standard pushup...
do they work bi's too?

There was an article I read about how women can do full pushups instead of girl pushups. Start out in the full pushup position and lower yourself as far as you can, then put your knees on the floor and push yourself back up. Do this 10 times. After doing this for a week or so you should be able to substitute some full pushups in the set. According to the article it should take about a month to be able to do the full 10 pushups without having to put your knees down.
In other words the first half of the pushup is regular and the second half is a girl pushup. It's worth a shot if your determined to do full pushups.

I ve been doing pushups for the past 8 months and there has been better development of chest, biceps and triceps. I do 6 to 8 sets with 50 reps per set. Now, i am interested in getting a sudden and tremendous growth of muscles. How can i achieve goal? Should i do push ups using dip handles for support or should i lay hand flat on the floor? How many sets and reps should i do for a sudden growth? Will pushups contribute to the building of fore arms too?
