Its been a while

Post by pat86323 »

Things have been well for efforts if any of you even remember me being around (its been a few months). overall fitness has improved greatly. I run/walk approx 2 miles over hills (sprint uphill, walk downhill) every morning and do some lifting in the late evening. Since i was last here im down 2 pant sizes and probably close to 35lbs (cant say for sure i havent weighed myself) I was recentlly offered to borrow a copy of power 90 from a co worker and was wondering if this might be a good changeup for a few months. Im very leery of anything that is on tv so i figured id ask some people who know a thing or two.

Sorry. I think I saw this post recently, but had little time.

What is Power 90, have you got any links of info about it?

I agree most workout things off TV, are usually faddy or rubbish.

Slendertone products spring to mind. *cough* garbage *cough*

If im not mistaken I think it is the pre p90x program. Everyone I work with is obsessing over p90x but I don't think fitness level is quite where it needs to be to try it. I watched one of the videos today and it looks a little cheesy but also looks like it could be effective.
