Hey everyone!
Before I jump into questions here are stats:
Age: 21
Weight: 290lbs
Lean Body Mass: 174lbs
Height: 5'8
Body Fat: 40%
According to an online calculator I used, maintenance caloric intake would be about 3000cal per day. By reducing caloric intake by 20% I found that fat loss caloric intake would be about 2400cal per day. With further calculations, I found I would reach target body fat percentage of 10% at 193lbs out of which 174lbs would still be lean body mass.
Now along with calories I know that macros are important as well but, the question is how many of each macro do I need? Keep in mind I am looking for optimal, healthy weight loss.
