Curious as to what is a healthy meal supplement that I can bring to work with me. I work for KFC/A&W and I've been having trouble balancing what I eat. I refuse to eat the food there, yet I never have the time to pack along something to bring with me. I usually end up not eating when I work, I've been looking into a few meal supplements available that will replace a meal and give me the balance I need.
I work the dinner hours from 4 to closing at 10:30. Any advice???
i think the best advice for you will be to make time for eating healthy. You probably know that everyone looking to be healthy need to have 4-5 meals per day. As you said, you absolutly do not respect this regim. And this is not good. Be aware of the consquences you risque!
