As the title suggests I'm after exercises to strengthen rotator cuff. I'm currently looking some up around the internet, but wanted to know if there's any you guys can suggest?
2. Lying Side Raises. One arm in an L shape, raising the Arm 90 degrees and keeping it bent the whole time. Lower down and repeat for reps, then turn over and do the same thing with the other Arm.
I came across another exercise called the cuban press. Would link you to a youtube vid, but works network blocks youtube (booo!). Be interested to see what you think of it.
Yes I would agree that it l;ooks okay, but I'd go for Dumbell ones not Barbell ones, as then you're not putting your Shoulders in an unnatural position or displacing the Cervical spine to avoid hitting your head, you can keep your Neck straight the whole way through.
