Home-based shoulder/chest exercises

Post by splash »

Hi it is difficult for me to join a gym so I want to know exercises which I can do at home for shoulders and chest? I want to first gain mass on shoulder and chest then bring them into shape so which exercises are best at home?

For Chest and shoulder you have only 1 option and that is pushup. But the good thing is that there are so many variations to progress with, there are some version of pushups that lays more emphasis on shoulders like bomber dive / hindu pushups or hand stand pushups.

Unless you do Shoulder work, with something like full water bottles, you can't really do much.
