Looks nice on paper :).

However it's inconclusive.

The two groups were not stated for things like weight, age and gender. Weight will play a part in metabolising hormones like Leptin and age will play a part in metabolising foods as well as possible reactions to foods, based on the bodies perceived requirement.

The study was mentioned as being posted on a site called Obesity, which unfortunately charges to read some of its content and I'm not paying money to find out more about this study, if indeed the study in full would reveal more statistics about the people in the groups or not, which it might not.

Then you're paying for something that may not be as thorough or revealing statistically, as you would wish it to be.

Plus the signup page isn't even working.

Nice study, but in depth research into diet, exercise and medical matters, can be found on places like Medicinenet and WebMD for free, entirely for free, no subscriptions.

So unfortunately the only interesting thing for me about the article, was what it didn't say, not what it did.

I'm not criticising you for posting it, as I wouldn't; I'm just being as honest and as frank as I feel I can be :).

The real culprint is the refined sugar what we can assume from this.
