Competition Delayed till next year :(
Some may remember I was planning on competing again but that's delayed now due to me going to rehab for 2 months lol. So after I got out it took me a while to get back into the gym but I'm back in it now. Loss all rehab weight and have been hittin it heavy the past 3 months, now on a week break. Figured I'd wait till after I'm down in texas. The friend I'm moving in with was a powerlifter in highschool and I hope to get that "little" guy to compete with me. I'm hittin each muscle group once a week. Mon-Legs, Tue-Arms, Thur-Chest and Shoulders, Fri-Back and Abs. And I've honestly never improved so much in so little time. Guess before this I was over working the muscles. I got this on point now and ready to go. Eating 6 well balanced meals a day w/ a caloric intake of 4200 a day. Perhaps see some from this site at a comp in texas!

Hey there Head how's it going?
Yes I remember. I asssume by rehab, you mean injury, not for booze or substances.
I'm sure you'll do a competition in the not too distant future. Keep believing in yourself fella and look on this as possibly a sign, that you weren't quite ready, or you will have a better outcome if you wait a little longer.
Good to see you back and take it easy

Sad to say it was alcohol. Rough time dealing with...stuff. Very stupid of me, nearly drank myself to death. But I'm dealing w/ issues in a more mature manor now so I'm good. Plus the time frame I was shootin for a competition was right around the time I was getting out. I don't need the stress of dieting down and getting out the military at the same time. I remembered how I was last comp and I was a very grumpy person lol don't need that. Thanks for the faith Boss.
On a side note. Did a 3 week cycle of Cell-Tech for the first time and that stuff is AMAZING! I'll post up some new pictures soon. I'm not very familiar w/ the effects of creatine cause I had never taken it. But I lost 17lbs of somethin and gained 15lbs of somethin else lol I'm assuming it was a lot of water weight but I definitely see a difference in muscle mass and being more veiny...pretty sweet. I paired it w/ Nirto Tech which also seemed like good stuff but the Strawberry Milkshake flavor tastes like butthole so I'd recommend a different flavor lol.

Buy a different Creatine. Celltech is pricey and loaded with Sugar.
Also it has 10g per scoop. I've never seen anybody reccomend to dose 10g at once and I think it's the only product out there, (could be wrong), that gives such a dosage.
2 issues with this as I see it.
1. Too much exposure from Creatine to the Kidneys over a few hours. This could lead to a long-term issue, if the exposure were to cause minute amounts of damage, that could not be healed before the next dose, as then you'd get accumulation of damage that one day could manifest into something quite serious.
I can't tell you this will definitely happen, but I can say, almost all instances of Creatine promotion or discussion I've ever seen, don't involve using 10g at once, except when Celltech gets mentioned.
2. The dosage is claimed to be 10g but only half of it might get used, the rest might not, meaning you'll use more and buy it more often, if that is the case.
You'd be perfectly okay with a normal Monohydrate and something like Grape Juice or Dextose added to improve synthesis / uptake, or alternatively spend a little more and get Kre-alkalyn.
It should hopefully come in powdered form, which shoud be better value, as pill form tends to give you Gelatine coating which isn't useful for much, plus fresh air in the gaps, that powder won't have, because it's finely layered, so your product will be just powder not coating, making it a better choice. You'll only get and pay for what you need, not what you don't.

You're new best friend lol. Definitely gonna do another cycle of creatine in a week now. Was gonna have to wait a month cause I can't afford another tub of Cell-Tech right now lol that crap is expensive as hell. Not too worried about sugar but I do like to keep what I put in the body as natural as possible so I'll switch to a juice. You're awesome Boss, thanks.
Re: Competition Delayed till next year :(
What are you planning on the Creatine time wise, regards on cycle and off cycle?

Re: Competition Delayed till next year :(
3 weeks on, 1 week off. I only tried it out cause buddy got great results from it. Like I said, I've never taken it and never put anyone on it so I really know nothing about it. It helps water get to the muscles which helps them heal faster? lol
Re: Competition Delayed till next year :(
Good cycle. The minimum is 3 weeks on 1 off, nobody usually goes less than that. Certainly 3 days on 1 off would be a waste of time.
Also you fell into the trap, "knowing nothing about it". I ofne espouse research, research research with supplements, becasue you need ot know what these things might do to your body, if the supplement is value for money based on the number and quantities of ingredients, plus whther these things will react to Caffeine, Medicines or alcohol.
Too many people buy supplements based on a mate telling them, or a celebritiy endorsing it, or because the tub looked nice and had a cool name and to be honest if a supplement caused someone Liver or Kidney damage, frankly the name of it and the colour of the tub and lid wouldn't be the root cause
