18-year old, very uneven "pecs" or atleast parts of them??

Post by Unevenlittlepec »

Hi everyone, (before all this I'd like to say that English isn't one of mother languages, as you will notice, so excuse me for mistakes)

I'm already dealing with this problem for quiet long and did some research on it..google brought me here a few times so I decided to make an account, hoping you could help me out.

I'm an 18 year old guy who plays football (soccer like some people say) and I love sports in common. I try to run a few times a week + I have football training and match at sundays. About 3 years ago I decided to start doing some very little """workout""" at home to get stronger, to compete with the big guys in football (I was a little shorter than the other ones, not anymore now). I was a little young and didn't really think about what I was doing and I think that now I'm paying the price for that.

I did push-ups mainly, as far as you could call them push ups, I don't really remember. The only thing I know is that the orientation in right arm was the best, because I'm right-handed. I don't need to explain to you guys that because of this, right arm (+chest?) took the most weight and maybe got more developped. In the beginning I didn't know it would happen and didn't notice because I never really looked in the mirror.

But when I turned 16 I started noticing a spot on left chest, which was diagnosed as becker's naevus (doctors weren't sure about this). (For those who don't know what it is: it's a brown spot, caused by too much pigment in the skin which stays there forever. You'll see when I post picture.) To get back to the story: this spot is a very embarrasing thing for me, and since then I started to look in the mirror more and more, being unsure about myself. I don't remember when I noticed the inbalance of chest muscles but I did, and it made me even more unsure about body. Now I had ugly muscles AND a brown spot, world kinda collapsed.

Until now I've managed to hide chest for other people, but I'm so sick of hiding and I want to be like anyone else, although that's impossible for me. I hate it when people say "you're a beautiful guy", because I KNOW I'm not with that spot. So, to get a little more confidence about own body, I'd like to get a nice muscled chest.

So I'm begging you guys to help me find the problem, and put me on the right track and give me tips on training. I DON'T go to a gym, but I have dumbbells,a barbell, a bench, and some resistance bands at home to work with.

PLEASE help me :(

ps: on which site do i have to upload a picture so I can get it here? thanks

The site has an upload feature on your account page.

As for the pec imbalance, check the link below and tell me if that sounds / looks like what you have, or is it just that you had the same sized pecs, but one got bigger when you trained them?
